Business Development Director

  • Develop a sales process process and pipeline for new client growth and report on that pipeline and forecast regularly
  • Lead capabilities presentations for potential clients and uncover the business needs and objectives of the prospective client
  • Establish a presence in the industry through conferences and events
  • Manage incoming project requests for new clients and provide recommendation if project or client is a fit
  • Manage RFP and pitch process and look for opportunities to build upon scope



  • Entrepreneurial (new role, so need and process needs to be established)
  • Accountable (large emphasis for all employees at Hook)
  • Personable (someone people just can’t get enough of)
  • Saavy (of the industry and technologies)
  • Someone with a strong ‘rolodex’ of industry relationships
